The International Community Arts Festival (ICAF) will return to Rotterdam in March 2026. Over five days, artists, community arts practitioners, researchers and organisations from across the world will gather to explore how the arts can strengthen communities.
The tenth edition focuses on Space for Imagination: artistic and aesthetic spaces that invite new ways of seeing, meeting and working together. ICAF 2026 highlights projects that shape these spaces in inspiring, innovative or community-driven ways.
